Where we deliver water

We run out of Sevier County, so Sevierville, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg are home ground: dry wells on the ridges above Boyds Creek, cabin holding tanks up Wears Valley and Ski Mountain, pool fills off Dolly Parton Parkway, and hot tub turnarounds between guests in Chalet Village. From there we run west into Knox County toward Knoxville, Farragut and Strawberry Plains, east toward Newport, and north to Douglas Lake, Kodak and Dandridge.

We will run out to roughly a 3 hour drive from Sevier County. Whether a long haul makes sense depends on how much water you need and how far the site is from the closest fill point, so call us with the details and we will tell you straight.

Common questions before you call

What areas do you deliver bulk water to?
We are based in Sevier County and deliver across Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, Kodak, Seymour and the surrounding East Tennessee counties, including Knox, Jefferson, Blount and Cocke. We will run out to roughly a 3 hour drive, and whether a long haul makes sense depends on the gallons you need and how far the site is from the closest fill point.
How fast can you get water to me?
Most Sevier County deliveries are same day when you call early. Call (865) 622-2022 with the address and the gallons and we will give you a delivery window on the phone.
What are your hours?
Open daily 9am to 9pm for regular deliveries, and the emergency line is answered 24/7. Messages sent through this page are answered during business hours, so for a dry well after hours call us instead.
How much does bulk water delivery cost?
Standard pricing is $400 per 1,000 gallons, ordered in 1,000 gallon increments, with discounts on large volume deliveries. Payment is taken on site at delivery.
Do I need to be home for the delivery?
No. Give us gate codes, door codes and where the truck can park, and we will fill without anyone meeting the driver. That is how most rental cabin fills run.
