A dry well shouldn't wreck your week
When the pump comes up empty, the cabin tank runs dry before check-in, or the pool has to be full by Saturday, everything else stops. Guests cancel. Livestock go thirsty. Crews stand around waiting on water.
That is the whole reason we exist. East TN Water Delivery hauls bulk potable water for homeowners, cabin managers, pool builders and contractors throughout Sevier County and surrounding East Tennessee counties. Our water comes from wells and utility water departments, so it is safe for household storage tanks, hot tubs, pools and livestock.
We are locally owned and operated, we know these mountain drives, and most local fills go out the same day you call. Standard pricing is $400 per 1,000 gallons, with discounts on large volume deliveries.

Where our water comes from
Every load we haul is potable water pulled from wells and from utility water departments, the same treated water that runs through the tap in town. That matters because most of what we fill ends up in something people touch: a household holding tank feeding a shower, a hot tub, a pool the kids are in by Saturday afternoon, a trough for cattle. We do not run non potable loads in the same tank, and the tank and hoses stay dedicated to drinking water so nothing crosses over.
If you are on a well and topping off the casing after it ran short, the water going in is already safe. If you want the specifics for your own peace of mind, ask us at delivery which fill point the load came from and we will tell you.
What a delivery actually looks like
You call or place an order with the address and the gallons. We give you a delivery window rather than a vague promise. The truck pulls as close to the fill point as the driveway allows, we run hose from the truck to your tank, well casing, pool or trough, and we pump. A typical 1,000 to 3,000 gallon residential fill is done and off your property in well under an hour once we are on site.
Mountain properties are their own thing. Steep gravel drives, tight switchbacks above Gatlinburg, cabins where the well house sits a hundred feet downhill from anywhere a truck can park. We have run those roads long enough to know which ones need a shorter load or extra hose, and we would rather tell you that on the phone than find out in your driveway. Tell us what the approach looks like when you order.
Who we haul for
Homeowners on wells that came up short in a dry spell. Cabin and short term rental managers who cannot have a tank empty at check in. Pool builders and homeowners filling new pools without running a meter for two days. Contractors who need water on a site before the line is in. Farms filling troughs when a spring drops. Different problems, same fix: a truckload of clean water on a schedule you can plan around.
How far we go, honestly
We are based in Sevier County and will run out to roughly a 3 hour drive. There is no hard line on a map. Whether a run makes sense depends on how many gallons you need and how many miles the site sits from the closest fill point, because both of those decide how many trips the load takes. Call with the address and the gallons and we will tell you straight whether we are the right truck for it. If we are not, we will usually know who is.
You can see the towns we run most often on the service area map, browse what we fill on the services page, or check the pricing page for volume discounts.
Working with us takes three steps
- 1
Tell us where and how much
Submit the order form or call. We need the address, what we're filling, any gate or door codes and the gallons you want.
- 2
We set up your account
A payment method goes on file once. Every delivery after that takes one phone call or email.
- 3
Water shows up
Our driver hauls the load, fills the tank, well, pool or hot tub, and confirms the delivery.
Then it is over. The tank is full, the showers run, the pool is ready and you go back to your day without thinking about water again.
